Abstract
The delegation of the Republic of Korea proposes to amend CCAMLR Conservation Measure (CM) 10-09 to encourage Contracting Parties as well as non-Contracting Parties to provide information outlined in paragraph 3 of CM10-02, to the extent possible, for carrier vessels under their flag that engage in transshipment activities in the CCAMLR Convention Area.
A revision was made to paragraph 4bis.
