Abstract
Draft terms of reference and proposals for the arrangements for an extraordinary meeting of the Commission are presented. The terms of reference were developed by the Secretariat and the Chair of the Commission as requested in CCAMLR-40, paragraph 7.29. This paper also includes proposed practical arrangements for a meeting to be held in March 2023.
