If the delegation responsible for release wishes to allow the paper to be ‘open access’ they should ensure that permission has been obtained from all Members of contributing authors, and as necessary from all Members owning data in the paper, in accordance with the Rules for Access and Use of CCAMLR Data. They should also ensure this permission has been granted prior to marking the paper ‘open access’. Delegations may also wish to consider this option for papers marked ‘request permission to release each time.
