Update on prosecutions against vessels for alleged illegal fishing in Australia’s EEZ around the territory of Heard Island and McDonald Islands

This paper provides an update of prosecution actions pending against three vessels, the Salvora, Aliza Glacial and the Big Star, for alleged illegal fishing in the Australian EEZ around the Territory of Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Convention Statistical Division 58.5.2.
